If you believe you found a security problem involving LearnVerity, send a clear, private report so we can review it promptly.
Tell us what you observed
Email security@learnverity.com. Include the page or feature, what you expected, what happened, and safe steps we can follow. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement.
Protect people and private information
Share only the minimum information needed. Do not email student records, account credentials, payment details, or real family activity. Use a fictional example whenever possible, and do not continue testing if it could expose another person's information or interrupt service.
Immediate safety concerns
Email is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. For ordinary account help, use support@learnverity.com.
